Services & Accommodations

We have accommodations specifically for the traveling equestrian.

Located in the Piedmont Region of South Carolina, in the Olde English Tourism District, Blue Sky Farm is tucked into northern Chester County on 7 acres, centrally located between Charlotte, NC and Columbia, SC.

Equestrians:

Rider and horse are welcome at Blue Sky Farm Bed and Breakfast.
We offer a stand-alone cabin at the rear of our property with 2 outdoor 18 X 22 paddocks.
Blue Sky Farms Release of Liability must be signed prior to arrival on the property.
We require a current Coggins form. You can upload the form HERE.

We offer this Bed and Breakfast to the outdoor recreation enthusiast as well as the equestrian, who wants a safe, quiet place, to overnight while traveling.

Sky Dive Carolina – 20 minutes
Duke Energy White Water Park – 30 minutes
Catawba Falls Event Center – 30 minutes.

General Info:

• Property is completely fenced and gated.
• We offer a stand-alone cabin on the back side of the property  that can sleep 4, two queen bunks and one king Bed.
• 2 outdoor 18′ x 22′ paddocks, and a big tub of fresh water for the traveling horse.
• Your leashed pet is welcome to stay in your horse trailer overnight. No pets in Cabin, we have 3 big friendly outside dogs they are not allowed in the Cabin either. THANK YOU!
• We have no toxic plants on property.

Security System:

Cooper, Pinot and Sokka, our 3 large outside dogs and Property Camera System.

Internet:

• There is no internet in the cabin at this time, please use your mobile hot spot.

Parking:

• All parking will be on gravel areas. Trucks with trailers will stay on the gravel round about road.

Rustic Cabin amenities:

• King Loft with linens.
• Queen bunks with linens.
• Full Bathroom with shampoo, body wash, towels.
• Kitchenette: microwave, Keurig, toaster, plates, mini fridge, cups, utensils.
• Heat, Air condition: we have the cabin temperature set at a nice 71 degrees year-round. The controller for the ceiling fan in the loft is located on the right-hand side of the bed on the wall.

Food Provided:

At Blue Sky Farm, relax in the privacy of the cabin after your long drive and enjoy a crockpot dinner meal that we prepared before your arrival.  Sample menu may be Chili, Beef Stew, BBQ Pork or a hearty soup.

We also offer the Pony Express Breakfast. It consists of grab & go traditional and healthy breakfast items.Fresh fruit, mixed nuts, hardboiled egg, protein bar and bottled water to take with you. You may find whole fruit that is overflowing from a nearby wicker basket.  Coffee and tea are waiting to be brewed with a Keurig…

THE POOL, ARENA AND 3 STALL BARN ARE NOT AVAILABLE TO GUESTS AT THIS TIME.
